Portland-based MC/Producer/DJ, Gen.Erik, was one of eleven MCs selected as finalists by NBA 2K Music Executives & Duck Down A&Rs to have his track placed in the soundtrack to NBA 2K11’s video game.  The winning producers, Bay Root Productions, have already been selected, and over 500 MCs submitted songs over the winning beat.

The Grand Prize winner will be announced this Tuesday, May 11^th, 2010.  The Winning producer & MC will also receive an all-expense paid trip to New York City to have the opportunity to perform the track live at Duck Down’s CMJ showcase in October 2010.
